Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019).

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and other core Windows services.

Install, configure, and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows servers. Manage the deployment of web applications on IIS, including setup, troubleshooting.

Manage and configure Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.

Provision and deprovision user accounts, manage permissions, and ensure proper access controls for Office 365 services.

Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server instances, ensuring optimal performance. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Monitor system performance and plan for capacity upgrades as needed. Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with system-related issues and inquiries for Windows and Mac Systems.

Recommend hardware and software improvements to enhance system reliability and performance. Design and implement backup and recovery strategies.

Monitor server, Anti-Virus logs and system alerts for potential security threats.
