Job Summary

As a Quality Documentation – Engineer at Ledure Lightings Limited, you will be responsible to manage  and maintain all documentation related to Quality Management system, compliances, testing and production quality for lighting products ensuring accuracy ,traceability and timely availability of documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, technical datasheets.
• Manage and maintain BOM
  (Bill of Materials) for all lighting products.
• Maintain and update and control of all QMS documents (SOPs, work instructions, formats).
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams for changes in technical documents.
• Ensure all product documents are version-controlled and stored in proper databases.
• Support the engineering team in documentation required for new product development.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Documentation Engineer in the lighting industry (mandatory).

·        Diploma in Electronics (mandatory).

·        Strong knowledge of ISO documentation, quality processes, and industry standards.

·        Hands-on experience with BOM preparation and maintenance.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with ERP systems for BOM and knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
