Create and update Operation and Maintenance Manuals, including Maintenance Manuals, Parts Catalogues, Troubleshooting Manuals, Driver Operation Manuals, and more.
Define and implement maintenance documentation plans to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners involved in authoring activities.
Implement processes to deliver high-quality documentation and manage the documentation database (ILS PDM) ensuring accuracy.
Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues to contribute to innovative projects.

Job Requirements

An engineering university degree or equivalent is mandatory; specialization in Maintenance Documentation is desirable.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Arbor Text Editor, Adobe Illustrator, Isodraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Frame Maker, and CAD tools is required.
Experience working with S1000D standards and simplified technical English is essential.
Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems and experience in the rail domain is preferred.
Ability to work as both an author and illustrator, along with strong communication and analytical skills, is necessary.
Proficiency in English; French language skills are an advantage.
Experience in working with Alstom's central ISR repository (ILS PDM).
