Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities DO-178B (Software) Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain documents mentioned below and others as per DO-178B:
• Plan for Software Aspects of Certification (PSAC)
• Software Development Plan (SDP)
• Software Verification Plan (SVP)
• Software Configuration Management Plan (SCMP)
• Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP)
• Create and manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Maintain traceability between requirements, design, code, and test artifacts.
• Coordinate with the software developer and Certification Agency (CEMILAC) for correction and approval of the documents, Support audits, reviews, and Stage of Involvement (SOI) reviews. DO-254 (Hardware) Documentation
• Prepare and maintain documents mentioned below and others as per DO-254:
• Plan for Hardware Aspects of Certification (PHAC)
• Hardware Design Description (HDD)
• Hardware Verification Plan (HVP)
• Hardware Accomplishment Summary (HAS)
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between hardware requirements, schematics, HDL, layout, and test records.
• Coordinate with the hardware, RTL designers and Certification Agency (CEMILAC) for correction and approval of the documents, Support audits, reviews, and Stage of Involvement (SOI) reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• BTech in Electronics, Computer Science, Aerospace, or related fields with 3+ years of experience in documentation for Software and hardware for military applications.
• Experience with requirements and documentation tools such as IBM DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management using Git, SVN, or ClearCase.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles under DO 178B and DO-254.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality systems and auditing practices.
