Document Specialist cum Bid Managment

TVS Electronics is a leading provider of IT peripherals, automation, and transaction solutions, serving diverse industries across India and globally. We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist with strong Bid Management expertise to support our growing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Documentation:

  Prepare, review, and format RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and tender documents in compliance with client specifications and organizational standards.

• Content Management:

  Maintain and update a central repository of bid-related documents, templates, and case studies for efficient reuse.

• Collaboration:

  Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Legal teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines and compliance requirements across all documents.

• Process Support:

  Track bid progress, submission deadlines, and post-bid clarifications; maintain version control for all documentation.

• Market Research:

  Support bid strategy by researching competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Recommend enhancements to documentation processes and tools for better efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  

• 3–5 years of experience

  in documentation, bid/proposal management, or tendering—preferably in IT hardware, electronics, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with document collaboration tools.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of government and enterprise tender processes will be an added advantage.
