Document Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to specialize in documentation processes within our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient preparation, management, and submission of all required documents related to shipping and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation:

  Create, review, and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards for domestic and international shipping regulations.

• Record Maintenance:

  Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including schedules, tracking numbers, and carrier information.

• Coordination with Stakeholders:

  Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely document submission and accuracy.

• Problem-Solving:

  Address discrepancies or missing documentation quickly to prevent delays in shipments.

• Reporting:

  Generate regular reports on documentation status and maintain organized archives for audits or internal use.
