Role & responsibilities

New Roles

• Add new client contacts to the internal system and VMS if applicable
• Log new roles on internal system and VMS if applicable
• Log any additional information gained from client or RBP
• If applicable, use the check employment status for tax tool to determine if OPW rules will apply, record, and distribute findings
• Release CVs to clients when directed by the APM via VMS
• Log CV submittals on internal system
• Monitor VMS for CV feedback where applicable
• Log agency details on internal system and VMS if applicable

Interviews

• Record interview details on internal database/VMS
• Monitor VMS for interview feedback where applicable

Placements

• Record offer and placement information on internal database/VMS
• Where applicable and requested by APM, order Kit in time for start date
• Countersign contracts/client schedules via DocuSign
• Add user defined fields to internal database

Extensions/Terminations

• When requested by APM, send extension chasers to the client, and log on internal database
• Record details of extension offers received on the internal system/VMS if applicable
• Record extension offer decision on internal database/VMS if applicable
• Update user defined fields on internal database
• Where applicable and requested by APM, ensure Kit is returned if contract is terminating
• Countersign contracts/client schedules via DocuSign

Shift Time : 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST

Both sides cab if you are in the hiring zone.

This is a hybrid role with three days mandatory WFO in a week.
