Human Resources Practitioner

Shift Time - General(9:30 to 6:30)
Work mode-WFO

Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to derive meaningful insights and trends. Reporting Tools: Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create customized reports and dashboards. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings clearly, and provide training and support on HR reporting tools and processes. Advanced excel, Macros, Power BI, MS office in good communication

Relationships: Reports to: Associate Senior Analyst; Work with Recruiting and HR Organizations

Qualifications: Education: Graduate preferred. Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge or Skills Requirements: • Good understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure • Good understanding of recruiting processes and procedures •Basic understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools • Good understanding documents • Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends • • Data analysis experience • Analytical skills • Good team player • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced excel, Macros, Power BI, MS office in good communication
