Job Description

Position Overview:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the

    India market with BFSI Clients

  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience of using

    LinkedIn recruiter

  • Understanding and delivery of

    Sales consultants in BFSI sector.

  • Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri portal, etc.).
  • Ability to perform outbound calls and engage effectively with passive candidates.
  • Experience in recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles, with a good understanding of the technical and non-technical skill sets required.
  • Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through to candidate onboarding.
  • Strong

    communication

    and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and SLAs.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in talent acquisition.
