As a Sr. Manager - Modern Key Accounts (Architectural & Fa ade Lighting), you will be instrumental in driving the brands growth within designated channels and geographies. Your role will involve a critical role in driving the strategic planning, development and management of Jaquar Group s Architectural & Fa ade lighting. This role will focus on driving strategic partnerships, business growth and project execution in collaboration with modern key accounts, including architects, fa ade consultants, lighting designers, developers and other key stake holders. You will be responsible for on-ground implementation of strategies, extending support in enhancing revenue performance across Architectural & Fa ade product range, by providing critical support by educating stakeholders about Architectural & Fa ade lighting product ranges.
Key Responsibilities
1.Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end management of lighting projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Ensure pricing of the entire portfolio in terms of the entire product portfolio on in line with the current market trend
- Develop and implement strategic plans for lighting projects that align with company goals and client needs
- Develop new solutions according to the organisation s NPD rules
- Develop and execute new solutions/product launch plans efficiently
- Special Projects and customised product costing, approvals for PAN India sales team for commercial items
- Address client concerns proactively, and ensure high levels of satisfactions through customised solutions and exceptional services
- Assist in achieving sales targets by delivering customised solutions for different lighting projects
2. Planning & Execution
- Ensure competitive positioning of the Jaquar products in the segment with the strong value proposition to significantly increase the market share
- Develop and ensure execution of customised solutions for the key target customer segments
- Value engineering on products to provide customised solutions in project orders at appropriate costs
- Work in close coordination with key stake holders of the sales team to provide support in customised projects and key projects
- Ensure timely support to Sales team to increase the market share in the geographies that we operate in
- Plan and execute the Marketing plan for the product portfolio along with the Marcom Team
- Work closely with the design and technical team to provide innovative, sustainable and energy efficient lighting solutions
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive Jaquar products and specifications in commercial, residential and Govt. projects
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, interior designers, and other external stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating timelines, deliverables, and any project changes effectively
- Conduct Seminars/Workshops for key stakeholders to increase acceptance and awareness for Jaquar Smart Solutions
4. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all lighting plans adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols throughout the planning and design phases
- Conduct final inspections and audits to ensure the delivered lighting solutions meet design and performance expectations
5. Strategic Market Analysis
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Private, government and institutional sectors
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Stay updated on Govt. policies and regulations affecting the industry and adapt strategies accordingly
6. Approval Management & Data Consolidation
- Provide data on time to HO and ensure the same from the respective team members
- Update database from all the customers on the officials, their designation, address etc. for best use of it

Qualifications and Experience
- Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field. Certification in lighting design is an add on
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years in lighting planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the lighting industry
- Proven experience in managing high-value projects and key accounts
- Proven Experience in eextensive & Robust Customer Universe of Key Decision Makers.
