Purpose Of The Role

• Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving (Why-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, 8D)
• Exposure to Digital Manufacturing (Industry 4.0, MES Monitoring)
• Strong Communication Skills in Hindi & English
  

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets through optimal resource utilization
• Monitor and control critical process parameters for defect-free output
• Manage and develop shop floor workforce for enhanced productivity
• Drive Kaizen, 5S6F, and innovation initiatives at Gemba
• Implement line balancing and TVP approach for operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO standards, and EHS regulations
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
• Foster a disciplined, motivated, and safe work culture
  

Knowledge Requirements

• Deep understanding of assembly operations in 2W/automotive manufacturing
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence tools
• Knowledge of digital dashboards, production reporting, and OEE improvement
• Awareness of statutory compliance related to plant safety and environment
  

Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years in assembly operations within the automotive/2W industry
• Proven track record in team management and process improvement
