Key Responsibilities

✅ Primary Duties:

  • Compile and analyze all DLA bids

    to enhance future bidding strategies.
  • Gather and organize technical flag specifications and drawings

    from various bid solicitations
  • Collaborate with the graphics team

    to develop mockups and visual assets required for DLA submissions.
  • Coordinate DLA mockup approvals

    to ensure bid requirements are met on time.
  • Stay ahead of DLA bid opportunities

    , tracking and preparing for upcoming solicitations.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a centralized repository of all DLA bid activity
  • Liaise with DLA contacts and contracting officers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all DLA submission formats and standards
  • Support pricing analysis and proposal preparation
  • During busy season, working on state contracts.
  • Dealing with customers and sales.



Education:

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)


Experience:

  • 2+ years working with government procurement processes
  • Experience handling government bids, contracts, and product compliance


Skills & Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data tracking
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PDF markup tools, and bid management systems
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • With science background and from reputed colleges only
