Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Divisional Head for our EPC Group, focusing on Oil & Gas projects in GCC Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale engineering projects and possess a strong understanding of the industry landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the EPC division for Oil & Gas projects in the GCC Region
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives.
Oversee project management from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

28-38 years of experience in EPC management, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
maximum age criteria: 55 years
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficient in contract management and negotiation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PMI, etc.) are a plus.
