Divisional Collections Head

As the Divisional Collections Head at Kinara Capital, you will lead and manage the collections team across various divisions, ensuring that all collections strategies and processes align with the company s financial goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective collection policies, optimizing recovery rates, and minimizing delinquency. Your role will involve training and mentoring the collections team, analyzing collection performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. You will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments while navigating any disputes that may arise.
