Job Summary

Lovely Professional University is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Division Administrator to oversee administrative, academic coordination, and operational functions of the assigned division. The role requires strong leadership, policy implementation skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management, faculty, and support teams to ensure smooth and efficient division operations.


Key Responsibilities

Provide overall administrative leadership and strategic support to the assigned division.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic and administrative activities in alignment with university policies.

Ensure effective implementation of institutional guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and administrative units.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and utilization for the division.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Handle audits, compliance, accreditations, and inspections related to the division.


Resolve operational issues and ensure continuous process improvement.

Mentor and supervise administrative staff within the division.


Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum 15 to 25 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in higher education institutions or large organizations.

Proven experience in academic administration, operations management, or institutional governance.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex administrative processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and university ERP systems is desirable.

Postgraduate qualification is preferred (PhD or equivalent experience will be an advantage).
