Your responsibilities will also include executing trade marketing strategies, ensuring proper stock management, collecting market intelligence, and monitoring sales performance to prepare accurate reports and forecasts. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food and beverage sector with a focus on tea sales. Your success will be enhanced by your ability to manage distributor networks effectively, understand local market dynamics and consumer behavior, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools is essential, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
