We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Senior Sales Officer with strong experience in FMCG sales, particularly in the food and beverages segment. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in tea sales. Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned district, developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, expanding product visibility and availability across various trade channels, identifying new market opportunities, leading trade marketing strategies, ensuring proper stock management, collecting market intelligence, monitoring sales performance, and training distributor sales teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food & beverage sector. Experience in tea sales will be considered a strong advantage. You should have a proven track record in managing distributor networks, a good understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
