The District Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the network of automobile dealers and distributors within the assigned district. This includes identifying new business opportunities, ensuring sales targets are met, providing support to channel partners, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Dealer & Distributor Development : Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in uncovered or potential markets. Conduct feasibility studies and business potential assessments before appointments. Ensure infrastructure compliance as per company norms. Sales Target Achievement : Drive sales through dealer and distributor channels. Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and support partners in achieving targets. Relationship Management : Maintain healthy business relationships with existing dealers and distributors. Provide ongoing support and training on products, policies, and systems. Market Development : Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional campaigns. Conduct market surveys to analyze competition and customer needs. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure dealers and distributors adhere to company processes, branding, and policies. Maintain MIS reports on sales, performance, and partner satisfaction.
