As a Sales Representative at Gates, your role will involve selling Gates' products in a specific geographical area. You will be tasked with researching customer needs and effectively applying products and services to meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of new products and markets by implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring the competitive landscape for opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Research customer needs and develop applications for products and services - Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service - Resolve communication, trust, and respect concerns effectively - Implement strategies to drive growth of new products and markets - Monitor competitive environment and identify opportunities for the company Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in a similar role - In-depth knowledge and experience in sales - Conceptual and practical expertise in sales - Knowledge of best practices in sales and market differentiation - Awareness of competition and market factors Please note that there are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.
