Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a District Coordinator located in Kanpur. The District Coordinator will oversee daily operations, coordinate with field staff, manage customer service points, ensure compliance with company policies, and liaise with financial institutions. Responsibilities also include performing audits, monitoring financial transactions, and providing support to the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and perform audits
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
