Distribution Specialist

Role Overview: As a DMS Support at MARS Cosmetics, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective issue resolution. Your responsibilities will include providing backend support, addressing client queries, and helping users maximize the potential of the Distribution Management System (DMS). Your role will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting distribution processes, and ensuring an optimal client experience through high-quality service and effective system usage guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client queries and complaints, offering timely solutions and follow-ups. - Provide accurate information to clients to ensure efficient system usage. - Monitor stock movement, adjust orders, and manage inventory levels in coordination with Sales Manager & Sales Support. - Conduct regular stock audits to maintain data accuracy. - Offer insights on trends, sales forecasts, and stock levels to senior management. - Evaluate team performance and recommend areas for enhancement. - Conduct user training sessions to promote effective DMS utilization. - Continuously enhance product knowledge to facilitate client adoption. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in DMS support, customer service, or distribution operations. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and inventory management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and DMS-related software. - Analytical and data-driven mindset to support decision-making and enhance operational processes.,
