Distribution Specialist

As a Coordinator at the Distribution Center team, your role involves coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of Finished Goods, materials, equipment, and products. Your key responsibilities include: - Coordinating all domestic and export shipments, managing logistics, inventory, and improving inventory procedures - Managing inventory levels, optimizing storage space, and planning for vehicles based on shipment requirements - Arranging shipping and delivery of materials and equipment to branch offices - Coordinating with transportation providers, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movements - Planning air and sea shipments, coordinating with internal teams for dispatch scheduling - Preparing invoices, waybills, ASN, packing lists, and delivery challan for internal stock transfers - Managing inventory through periodic analysis for Non-Moving/Slow Moving/Near-Expiry/Expired items - Conducting MIS reporting on pending/in-transit shipment status, actual freight summary vs. budgeted Skills and Abilities required for this role: - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field - 4 to 7 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
