Area Sales Executive

You are a results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in Uttar Pradesh - Western Region India. You utilize your product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue and market share increase. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Uttar Pradesh - Western Region, appointing new dealers, distributors & retailers, managing market share development, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting site visits and assessments to understand customer operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts and pricing with customers. You possess strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation. Your excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills and are familiar with CRM software and sales analytics tools. You hold a minimum graduation degree and have 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps, including submersible, monoblocs, and minipumps.,
