Area Sales Executive Uttar Pradesh - Western Region (India)

As a results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, your role will involve leading sales growth and building customer relationships in the Uttar Pradesh - Western Region of India. You will leverage your product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, thereby driving revenue and increasing market share. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Uttar Pradesh - Western Region - Establish new dealers, distributors, and retail appointments, and focus on market share development - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions - Conduct site visits and assessments to gain insights into customer operations and identify opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies - Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers Qualifications Required: - Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, covering design, application, and installation - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Education and Experience: - Minimum Graduation - 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs, and minipumps) Company Additional Details: #FEIndia (Note: The additional details of the company were included in the job description.),
