Dispatch / Warehouse Supervisor

18 to 20K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per sales and customer schedules.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to avoid damages and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper stock records and update ERP/software systems.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and transporters for smooth operations.
• Check and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
• Manage a small team of warehouse assistants, loaders, and helpers.
• Report daily dispatch and stock status to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of warehouse management and dispatch processes.
• Basic understanding of ERP / Inventory management software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/dispatch in a manufacturing setup.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred).
