Job Description

The Dispatch Supervisor plays a key role in managing the dispatch and distribution activities within a rubber manufacturing or processing facility. This position is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, supervising dispatch personnel, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. Supervise daily dispatch operations including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of finished rubber goods or raw materials. Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to align dispatch activities with operational targets. Maintain dispatch documentation, including shipping orders, delivery notes, and transport logs. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability for orders and dispatch. Liaise with transport vendors and logistics partners to optimize delivery performance and cost. Train and supervise dispatch staff and drivers; oversee shift scheduling. Investigate and resolve delivery delays, shipping issues, or customer complaints. Ensure all dispatch activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Use ERP or dispatch management systems to manage and report logistics data. Conduct regular audits and inspections of dispatch area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
