Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Dispatch Executive for a reputed steel manufacturing/trading company. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and transport departments for smooth operations.
• Arrange vehicles/trucks and ensure proper loading and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Maintain daily dispatch reports and stock movement records.
• Track vehicle movements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with transporters and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics in the steel industry.
• Proficiency in e-way bill generation, invoicing, and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches efficiently under pressure.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (steel sector preferred).
