Works collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to assure operational effectiveness and exceed customer expectations. Manage customer’s bookings promptly. Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each shipment. Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for FCL shipments. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation or shipments. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments and any relevant documentation requirements. Any other job is related to the profile. MUST HAVE: Fluency in english. Knowledge of Shipping Line booking through their web portals. Basic understanding of Freight Forwarding and logistics. Must know how to work under pressure. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sea export/import documentation, preferably with a focus on FCL shipments. Role Overview We are seeking a female Dispatch Executive to join our Carrier Department in Vadodara. This full-time, onsite position involves coordinating and managing truck dispatch schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers, and optimizing fleet performance. Key Responsibilities · Schedule and dispatch carriers efficiently. · Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams. · Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues. · Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities. · Support the Carrier Department in operations.
