We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination with customers via calls and emails for quotes/shipments.
• Notify customer of shipment status.
• Should have knowledge of customs-related query and free days, LC Shipment, FCL shipments, Split Booking.
• Works collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to assure operational effectiveness and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage customer’s bookings promptly.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each shipment.
• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for FCL shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation or shipments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments and any relevant documentation requirements.
• Any other job is related to the profile.

MUST HAVE:

• Fluency in english.
• Knowledge of Shipping Line booking through their web portals.
• Basic understanding of Freight Forwarding and logistics.
• Must know how to work under pressure.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sea export/import documentation, preferably with a focus on FCL shipments.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
