Role and Responsibility

Transportation Management

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch operations to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor transportation and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with transportation providers, logistics companies, and freight forwarders to arrange for the timely pickup and delivery of finished products to customers.

Order Processing

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, production, and warehouse teams to fulfil orders promptly.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch instructions.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability for dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock movement.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage and ensure product quality.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Address any quality issues or concerns promptly and appropriately.

Customer Service

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delivery issues or delays.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly

Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including purchase order status and delivery status.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any logistics-related issues.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
