Job Description

Accounting Work Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system accurately. Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly. Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions. Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy. Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Accounts Payable and Receivable Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.. Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Prepare and send payment reminders to customers. Data Management and Reporting Maintain financial documents and records. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other tax related documents as per regulatory requirements. Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Inventory Management Track inventory movement and ensure accurate stock valuation. Coordinate with the team for stock updates and adjustments. Administrative Support Assist in payroll processing by maintaining records of employee attendance and salary details. Handle general accounting-related administrative tasks.
