Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals for a full-time role at VINIT BOHARA & ASSOCIATES. The ideal candidate may be a fresher, pursuing articleship, or have experience in the accounting and finance field. You will have opportunities to work in diverse areas, gaining comprehensive experience in the following domains:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting:
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements.
• Day-to-day accounting work, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Tax Audit:
• Preparation and filing of tax audit reports.
• Assist in compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Statutory Audit:
• Assist in performing statutory audits for clients as per the regulations.
• Ensure compliance with audit and reporting standards.
• Tax and Regulatory Compliance:
• Manage and oversee tax filings, returns, and GST compliance.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes affecting tax laws and ensure adherence.
• Project Financing:
• Assist in project finance planning, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Support in preparing proposals for loans, subsidies, and other financial instruments.
• Company Compliance:
• Ensure companies adhere to compliance requirements under corporate laws.
• Handle statutory filings, including returns with ROC (Registrar of Companies).
• Assist in conducting board meetings, drafting resolutions, and preparing minutes.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge or experience in accounting and finance.
• Good understanding of tax laws, auditing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
