Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating the dispatch of goods or services, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with drivers, vendors, and customers. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules and resolve on-the-road issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of goods, vehicles, or service personnel.
• Monitor real-time vehicle movement and ensure route optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery times, and vehicle logs.
• Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Track inventory levels and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures.
• Handle dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and manifests.
• Address and resolve customer or driver issues during dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Use dispatch software or ERP systems to track and update delivery status.
• Provide daily/weekly dispatch reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
