About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch and delivery of goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate shipment processing, timely delivery, and effective communication between warehouses, delivery teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods to customers and retail locations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies during dispatch operations.
• Resolve any delivery or logistical issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Executive or in Logistics/Operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, ERP, or logistics software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Salary: 12000-15000 Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
