Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of goods from the warehouse to customers or branches. The role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient delivery while maintaining proper documentation and communication with internal teams, transporters.

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of dispatched goods, pending deliveries, and returns.
• Cross-check product quantity and packaging before dispatch.
• Update dispatch details in ERP/Tally or other tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle logistics-related queries from customers and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and transport procedures.
• Maintain proper filing and storage of dispatch records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Logistics).
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and e-way bill generation preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers not allowed.
• Want experienced male candidate only.

Salary - Upto 17k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
