Job Description

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, proper documentation, and accurate record-keeping. The role involves close coordination with the production, stores, and transport departments to maintain smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule dispatch activities as per customer orders.
Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
Coordinate with the transport team or logistics partners for timely dispatch.
Monitor stock availability and ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials.
Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch reports.
Track shipments and handle any dispatch-related issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations (Freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of ERP / Tally / MS Excel preferred.
Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
