This is a full-time hybrid position that combines in-office collaboration with on-the-ground client engagement. Key Responsibilities : Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients and market trends. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Present and promote our product offerings effectively to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely shipment of materials, coordinating with the logistics team, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position also involves regular travel within the city for work-related activities such as delivery coordination, vendor follow-ups, and document handling. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches as per customer orders. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order readiness. Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills. Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and internal departments. Handle transport arrangements and maintain relationships with transporters. Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers, vendors, and courier partners. Travel within the city for work-related tasks , including dispatch supervision, transporter visits, document collection, and customer coordination. Maintain dispatch records and generate daily/weekly reports. Ensure compliance with company processes and safety guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, billing, and dispatch documentation. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Willingness to travel within the city for operational requirements.
