Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Present and promote our product offerings effectively to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in market research and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Background in the filtration industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
