Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our Auto Spare Parts Trading Company. The role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of dispatch operations, inventory handling, and basic accounting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with both manual processes and computer systems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of goods, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams as well as external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all dispatch activities including packing, labeling, documentation, and coordination with transporters or delivery personnel.
  • Ensure accurate entry of stock movement, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes both manually and on computer systems.
  • Maintain records of dispatched and pending orders, ensuring all goods are delivered on time.
  • Cross-check dispatch documents with sales orders and invoices for accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure goods are prepared and ready for dispatch.
  • Prepare delivery challans, transport receipts, and maintain proper filing of dispatch-related documents.
  • Handle debit and credit entries in relation to goods returned, damaged, or replaced.
  • Communicate with clients and transporters for tracking and confirming deliveries.
  • Assist in resolving any dispatch-related issues, such as delays, shortages, or damages.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all dispatch activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in trading or manufacturing sector.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts, debit/credit entries, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Email, ERP/Tally preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • 5yr: 2 years (Preferred)
