Role Overview:

AI Growth is looking for a dynamic Finance Controller (CA) to anchor our financial backbone and partner with leadership as we scale rapidly. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, loves building strong financial systems, and thrives in fast0growth, high-performance environments.

What You'll Own:

•  Lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting for multiple entities. 
• Drive the Statutory Audit (SA) process, ensuring timely coordination and closure with top-tier (Big 5) auditors. 
• Lead, manage, and close the Internal Audit process with high diligence and attention to detail. 
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in books of accounts, financial statements, and MIS reporting. 
• Oversee tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across direct and indirect taxation. 
• Support financial due diligence and documentation for fundraising and investor reporting. 
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and working capital planning for optimal business efficiency. 
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams for financial planning and strategy. 
• Drive process improvements, financial automation, and reporting accuracy using Zoho, Excel, and other financial tools. 
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies. 

What You Bring:

• CA qualification is mandatory; CS will be an added advantage. 
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, preferably in start-ups, fintech, NBFC, or high-growth companies. 
• Proven track record in Statutory and Internal Audit management, with hands-on experience in dealing with Big 5 audit firms. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and financial due diligence. 
• Proficiency in Excel, Zoho, and modern financial/accounting systems. 
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
• A self-starter with the ability to drive processes diligently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
