Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end TA strategy aligned with business and growth goals.
Advise leadership on talent trends, workforce planning, and market insights.
Build and lead a high-performing, scalable TA function.
Drive digital transformation in recruitment using tools, tech, and data.
Oversee strategic hiring programs leadership, niche, and volume.
Establish governance, performance metrics, and process excellence.
Strengthen partnerships with vendors and external talent networks.
Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives across TA.

Qualifications and Skills:

17–20 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles, preferably within high-growth, technology-first environments.
Deep expertise in both strategic and operational aspects of recruiting, including workforce planning, employer branding, and executive search.
Strong background in data-driven hiring, with the ability to derive insights from large talent datasets.
Experience leading large and globally distributed TA teams and managing complex hiring demands.
Strong understanding of the evolving tech talent landscape and industry trends.
Ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and drive large-scale hiring initiatives.
Proven track record in building TA teams and capabilities from the ground up or during rapid scale-up phases
