👤 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 8–12 years of well-rounded HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

✔️ Hands-on leadership in People Operations, Talent Strategy, and Development Initiatives

✔️ Strong communication, analytical thinking, and people-first problem-solving mindset

✔️ Tech-savvy and adaptable with experience using systems like Zoho, LMS platforms, HR analytics tools, and data dashboards

✔️ An advocate of automation and AI-driven HR processes to streamline operations and elevate efficiency

✔️ Ready to lead from the front and thrive in an in-office, high-collaboration setup
