To be successful in this role, you are required to have: - 15+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or related roles within a commercial software company. - 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing pre-sales teams. - Deep understanding of Financial Services trends, regulatory challenges, and digital transformation strategies. - Strong communication and executive presence, with expertise in needs analysis, solution positioning, business justification, and closing strategies. - Degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
