Primary Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
• Drive modernization initiatives across healthcare platforms, including formulary expansion, RxClaim adjudication, and data migration strategies
• Champion the adoption of AI-based tools (e.g., LLMs, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot) to enhance delivery velocity and team productivity
• Architect and implement solutions using Azure, Microservices, Micro Frontends, React, and MongoDB
• Promote DevSecOps culture through CI/CD pipelines, blue-green deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Foster a collaborative and mentoring environment that supports career growth and knowledge sharing
• Maintain solid stakeholder relationships with capability owners and business partners to align engineering efforts with strategic goals
• Ensure customer-centricity in all engineering decisions, leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver value
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing delivery teams
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, React, MongoDB, Microservices, and Micro Frontends
• Proven experience in US healthcare systems, especially formulary management and adjudication workflows
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, including CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure lifecycle management
• Familiarity with agile metrics and business alignment strategies
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI/ML solutions to automate workflows, build solutions and improve decision-making
• Demonstrated solid leadership and mentoring capabilities with a focus on employee development and team culture
• Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven passion for innovation and continuous improvement
