We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join our leadership team as a Senior Director / Prospective Partner. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in audit, tax, regulatory reviews, business-building and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and align the firm’s goals, mission, and long-term plans.

• Lead the business unit with hands-on involvement in operations, audits, and client delivery.

• Direct regulatory, statutory, and tax audit engagements with technical excellence.

• Drive firm growth through niche definition, market research, and client acquisition.

• Build and guide teams, manage performance, and create a high-trust work culture.

• Oversee financial metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Represent the firm at industry events and with key clients.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

• Excellent command of English; good understanding of Hindi

• Strong technology orientation with continuous learning mindset

• Demonstrated leadership experience in practice/professional services
