You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Design and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to patient needs. Provide therapy for speech, voice, language, and fluency impairments across age groups. Track and document progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Educate and guide families/caregivers on home strategies for supporting communication development. Maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical and legal standards. Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to provide integrated care. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Maharashtra. freshers are also welcome to apply. Sound knowledge of therapy tools, techniques, and communication disorder assessments. Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
