Director/ Senior Manager- Client Solutions- Creative Advertising

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Client Solutions Director/ Senior Manager, for our Advertising Agency located out of Mumbai, who would love to grow with us while learning together about the next big bets in the fields of Advertising. The candidate would be managing Creative Advertising clients for Brand Experience, Brand building , Social Media Management, CRM content, Web development, and Film production. They will also be responsible for maintaining process efficiencies for internal team operations, coordinating with other departments as needed, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
• Proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Brand Identity and Experience
• Experience of interfacing with Client Teams and solving for strategic and operational asks
• Excellent Client communication, Creative project management, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Familiarity with Digital and tech tools will be preferred
• Proficiency in any additional skill, like Copywriting/ Art/ Photography/ Videography/ Digital Media would be given additional weightage.
• 5+ years of experience in Client solutions in a creative advertising agency is a must

Key Activities to undertake:

· Managing client interactions and expectations.

· Collaborating with internal and Client teams for preparing presentations, content publishing and competitor analysis and camapign performance tracking

· Own project timelines and lead the execution of creative deliverables.

· Lead conversations on brand strategy and creative approaches as a key lead in team

· Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and optimising solutions.

· Drive growth and hiring conversations for the organisation as a key business lead.

Note:

This is a full time role, based out of Ghatkopar west, Mumbai, and is applicable to only those candidates who are residents of Mumbai and are willing to travel on a daily basis to the work location.
