Associate Director/SM- Client solutions- Creative Agency

You are a dynamic professional seeking the opportunity to join Commix, a leading Full Stack Marketing Solutions company based in Mumbai. In this role as an Account Director/Senior Manager at the Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for managing Creative Advertising clients, overseeing Brand Experience, Brand building, Social Media Management, and Film production. Your duties will include maintaining process efficiencies for internal team operations, coordinating with different departments, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Commix values professionals who are proactive, innovative, and adaptable to the evolving landscape of the organization. As a candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in Client solutions within a creative advertising agency. You must have a proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns and a solid understanding of Brand Identity and Experience. Additionally, experience in interfacing with Client Teams, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Creative project management are essential. Your role will involve managing client interactions and expectations, collaborating with internal and Client teams on presentations, content publishing, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking. You will be responsible for project timelines, leading the execution of creative deliverables, and driving conversations on brand strategy and creative approaches. Troubleshooting client concerns, optimizing solutions, and contributing to growth and hiring conversations for the organization will also be part of your responsibilities. This full-time role is based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, and is open to candidates who are residents of Mumbai and willing to commute daily to the work location.
