Job Description

Ph.D. Qualification in any one of Liberal Arts Streams such as Natural Sciences / Social Sciences / Arts / Humanities from a reputed University in India / Abroad. Minimum 15 years of Academic / Administrative Experience in the position of Dean / Principal of an Academic Institution offering Liberal Arts. Candidates should have expertise in Academic Institution Building.

Ph.D. in Physical Education or Sports Science with minimum ten years of experience as a Director of Physical Education in a University or College. Should have represented the University or College at the inter-university / inter-collegiate competitions or the state and/or national championships. Having evidences of conducting competitions/coaching camps/tournaments, evidence of having produced sportsmen/women. Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable. Candidates who have cleared NET/SLET/SET can also apply.

MBA Degree with substantial experience in business development, strategic planning and project management. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing business ventures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Financial Management, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, Problem Solving, Sustainability and Social Responsibility.

Qualified candidates with experience and ability to train, teach, develop curriculum, organize, conduct choirs, bands, solo performances and individual musical performances in all realms of music.
