Director Recruitment - Tech- 50 Lakh

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to lead and execute end-to-end tech hiring for GCC. The ideal candidate will bring 10 -15 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in fast-paced GCC environments.

About the Role

The candidate will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for technology roles and will partner with business and tech leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for technology roles.
• Understand entire TA process.
• Understand and give employer branding solutions.
• Partner with business and tech leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage market research to identify talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
• Drive and manage a structured interview process to ensure quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to hiring best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and develop recruitment roadmaps for new projects or expansions.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards for management reporting.
• Promote the organization’s value proposition to attract top-tier startup talent.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in tech recruitment in GCC envionment
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and modern hiring techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
